The Importance Of Guarding Your Beauty
Why? Because bad people will take advantage of it. People will not always resonate with your beauty, and they will try to rip it away to match their own drably backdrop. Don't give in, you are worth more.
Back when I used to think I had to convince everyone I was worthy of love and attention, I was running from place to place, confused as to what else I had to do to win the approval of said person. Now, I realize that as I'm growing into my inner truth, the people who don't agree with ME fall away and I let them, like leaves falling off a tree. It used to be that I was throwing myself away at every turn that didn't agree with it, but it became exhausting when they walked away and I had nothing left to hold onto. They look my soul with them, and I was alone. So devastating.
Abby Miller of Worldwide Self Hypnosis on YouTube says that everyone sees life through their Hologram of what is in their minds. Therefore, why listen to other people's criticism or advice of what you should do, if it does not resonate with you? As Ralph Smart, aka Infinite Waters says, the people who are busy becoming THEIR greatest versions don't have time to put others down. They understand that everyone has their own path, and by telling others what to do, one is only coming from their perception. Abby Miller says that no one can know another if they do not fully know themselves, otherwise it is all just PROJECTION of how they feel. This is what helped me get away from the unwanted advice and claims of "how things SHOULD be done." No, Ma'am, I have my own way of doing things.
For example, my daughter doesn't play with toys much, she enjoys grabbing tissues and ripping them into pieces, or grabbing whatever I happen to be busy with and trying to explore it. My mother or other woman, when I go to their house, try to offer "baby toys" to play with. I used to try and explain that they don't really interest her, that she wants to be with the grown-ups and do her own thing, but they look at me weird and bring the toy anyhow. I don't care, it's their perception of my daughter, not mine, that is not real.
It is beautiful when you have your own back. Things are funner, and you no longer question every move you make. I was just looking in my old photos, and just 4 months ago I was making a party for my parents and conforming to their expectations, in a video where I heard myself offering to enlarge a picture if they wanted, even though I worked hard on a different one for them.
I also had a different view of my daughter. Life felt more stuck, like I had to fit this person that lived at home and set her schedule just so. Now I am flying and questioning my desires and what I really feel about orders. Not everything has to be done, I can follow my inner child when she needs me.
I also saw how I was conforming to look and take pictures like my biological sisters expected or did themselves. I am not them, I can be me. We also no longer talk much, and that's okay because I understand that we both have different ways of life that could interfere with one another. I'm not resentful. Ain't nobody got time for that, as Ralph Smart says in video of what mentally strong people do.
