We are What We See
Lisa A. Romano, an experienced life coach dealing with childhood trauma and repairing what was done to you, says that a person cannot see the world as a positive place if they feel bad about who they are. The law of attraction only works on a vibration level- what you feel inside is what you will manifest in your outer world. She says what goes in must come out. :) I love that.
This world is a hologram. we create what is in us outside of us. Therefore, if a person wants love but doesn't feel worthy, they will never get it. No matter how much they try. But when you begin to see yourself for who you are, and love it, you will attract outside experiences that reinforce that. Alan Robarge, a Relationship therapist who shares videos on YouTube about how to see and understand your traumas from childhood and how it affects your relationships, says that a person needs outside validation, but not fir their sense of identity. That they need to feel themselves. But they need outer validation of their feelings and experience in order to grow and thrive. It is not a selfish or bad way, it is natural and human.
I was always terrible at taking compliments. I thought they were false and ran from them. I still have a hard time feeling loved from my close ones.
Slowly, new pathways in the brain can open. Alan Robarge says that you can heal your old negative set-beliefs by being there for yourself and showing TLC for your inner child that was hurt and is still hurt.
This is not easy stuff, but with awareness of where it's coming from we can heal the negative beliefs in us,
Take care,
