No Such Thing As Unworthy, Shame Causes us to think it

Shame is the cause of all misbehavior. It causes one to constantly doubt himself, and be embarrassed for all his desires and traits. He will lie, cheat, steal, and commit all kinds of sin just to hide his underlining unworthiness.

But dear people, we need to feel this unworthiness. It is beautiful, and what makes people give to others because they realize that no body is better than them. We are all fallible humans, living and dying. Only with this base belief and knowing can we be anything great, can we do great things. Because hidden shame makes us feel in constant lack, like we need to prove ourselves. Open shame and knowledge of who we are allows us to move forward and create from our inner love of humanity and creation.

Childhood trauma, being scarred at a young age without reason or knowledge of it being so, causes a person to succumb to shame and avoidance of their true selves. They run from truth because their truth was shamed. They try to hide who they are because they believe they are inherently flawed, even though this is false, because no body can be born unworthy, we are all creations of G-d. G-d loves all of us, because he gave us a chance to chose to be good, so He believes in us.

Tthe more we are aware of the traumas, and it's consequences, the more we can grow and heal. And help others heal when you see them suffering the same way you did. There is no more shame, only understanding. No more hate, projection, and fighting.
